How do I receive a refund for my Refundable Fare?

Contact us in writing at least 2 hours prior to your trip if you purchased this option!

Did you select a refundable fare?

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Peter Pan’s Customer Care online www.peterpanbus.com/request at least 2 hours prior to departure date and time.

 

All departure, terminal & refundable fare fees are not included in the refund.

Only tickets that are purchased as refundable fares are considered refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
